Production of non-woven fabrics

In the beginning, our partner was involved in the production of machine cleaning rags from second-hand clothes of domestic and foreign origin. From the mid-70s, in addition to the processing of used clothes, the production of non-woven technical and other textiles. The two technologies operated in parallel until the mid-1980s, and from 1985, as a result of profile cleaning, the factory only produces non-woven fabrics.

In addition to regular raw materials, the processing of secondary raw materials is also important. The production of the factory is 4-5,000 tons/year, about 50% of which is sold on export markets.

Their company constantly monitors technical and technological changes and implements continuous, modern investments in order to meet the needs of the market.

In order to better serve their customers and improve their operations, they operate an integrated management system, which means compliance with 3 standards:

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.

Our filling fleeces are ÖKO-Tex^®, our geotextiles are CE certified.
