Our partner places great emphasis on air cooling and heating systems. In 1995, they started renting mobile air conditioning systems for larger buildings.
The company is now a rapidly developing, dynamic business system with several representatives in Central and Eastern Europe.
With their wide range of comprehensive management of the microclimate in closed spaces, they have become market leaders in the Central and South-Eastern Europe region.
Their goal is to introduce and convince the business public about the economic advantages of rental constructions in the field of air conditioning technology, and at the same time they want to continue the activity dealing with the comprehensive management of air in the business sphere of the region.
Mobile air cooling and ventilation systems introduce fresh, cooled, purified and dehumidified air into the room, which descends to the lower layers, refreshes the workers, and then raises the used, warm air to the higher layers and pushes it out of the room.
System operation:
The bases of their systems are cooling units of different performance, whose cooling power ranges from 20 to 35.2 kW. In addition, the 500 mm diameter perforated PVC channels are decisive, which supply 6,000 m3/h of fresh and cooled air to the room.
The units are placed outside the building or on the roof and connected to the electrical network in accordance with the regulations. They are switched on and off outside the room (per unit) or inside the room. We run a flexible hose from the individual units to the supply panel, through the wall. The intake panel is placed approx. from the walking surface. It is placed 3-4 meters in a straight line, below the level of the lighting fixtures. The cooling unit usually draws 100% fresh air from the outside, which it filters, approx. It cools down to 13°C and dehumidifies. Treated fresh air enters the room through the ducts,
where it descends due to its weight. The heat output of people and equipment in the area of the treated fresh air acts as a buoyant force for the warm air, so a heat column is formed above every heat source, which breaks through the cold air and rises into the air. The rise of air caused by heat sources leads to the descent of cold air. This creates a constant process of heat and evaporation to higher levels and to the outdoors.
This creates an extremely stable condition in the room with a slight overpressure, without drafts, with a large temperature difference between high and low places, while a stable area of fresh and heat-treated air is formed on the work surfaces. This is where the energy efficiency of the operation of cooling systems comes from, as the so-called heat displacement effect occurs when the upper layers of air are released into the open, i.e. only a small part of the air is treated with direct cooling, while the warm air and harmful evaporation are displaced by the freshly introduced air outdoors.

For example, the drying of screeds takes a few months, but with the help of our drying devices it only takes 7-14 days. Water cooling and heating systems are recommended above all for those cases and interventions when the existing hall cooling systems fail or do not work for other reasons. With additional units, they are indispensable in the management of the microclimate in those operational cases where they are difficult to reach with the air duct solution, they can be solved.
- Heat exchanger wiring units
The equipment ensures energetically efficient ventilation with the help of the heat exchanger, and our units heat or cool by adding additional components, thus enabling effective management of the internal microclimate throughout the year.
By guaranteeing quick assembly and disassembly, their systems are particularly advantageous at event venues and fairs too.
